These terms apply to bookings made directly with Jeju Villa & Apartment, Eramudugaha junction, Unawatuna juntion, basigewarta, Unawatuna 80600. If you book through an online travel agent such as Booking.com, that agent’s terms and cancellation policy apply to your booking as well.

House rules

• Check-in: 1 pm – 10 pm. Please tell us your arrival time in advance.
• Check-out: 8 am – 11 am
• Payment: Cash only
• Children: Children of all ages are welcome. Cots and extra beds are not available.
• Smoking: Not allowed
• Pets: Not allowed

Booking requests

Sending a request through this website or WhatsApp does not by itself guarantee a room. Your booking is confirmed when we reply to confirm the dates, the room and the price. When we confirm, we also tell you any deposit or cancellation terms that apply to your dates.

Payment

We accept cash only, payable at the property. Paid extras such as transfers, car hire and bicycle hire are agreed with you in advance.

Arrival

Please tell us your expected arrival time in advance. If your plans change, message us on WhatsApp so we can be here to welcome you.

Groups

When booking more than two rooms, different terms and additional charges may apply. We confirm these before you book.

Your stay

Please respect the house, the garden and other guests. We may ask anyone who causes damage, danger or serious disturbance to leave. You are responsible for any damage you cause beyond normal wear and tear.

This website

We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but facilities and services can change. If something matters to your stay, please check with us before you book. The photos on this site show Jeju Villa and may not be copied without our permission.
