This policy explains how Jeju Villa & Apartment (“we”, “us”), Eramudugaha junction, Unawatuna juntion, basigewarta, Unawatuna 80600, Sri Lanka, handles personal information when you use this website or contact us. We follow the principles of Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, and treat your details with care.

What we collect

• Details you give us in a booking, contact or job application form: your name, email, phone number, stay dates, number of guests and anything you write in your message.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by phone.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records to keep the site secure and working, such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, confirm availability and prices, and manage your stay.
• To arrange services you ask for, such as airport transfers or car hire.
• To consider a job application you send us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

If you choose to send a request through WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their privacy policy. If our forms send email, they use a secure email delivery service on our behalf. We share your details with a driver or hire company only when you ask us to arrange a transfer or rental, and only what they need.

How long we keep it

We keep booking enquiries and guest details for as long as we need them to manage your stay and meet legal and tax obligations, and job applications for up to 12 months. After that we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on +94 77 386 1555 (phone or WhatsApp) and we will respond as soon as we can.
